家常韓式蘿蔔泡菜

 

材料:韓式蘿蔔、辣椒粉、糖、鹽、魚露、薑末、蒜末、蔥珠

1、將蘿蔔洗淨去皮並切成骰子狀

2、取一深鍋

3、將兩大匙鹽加入,並拌勻靜置一小時(去苦水)!每十分鐘攪拌一次!

4、將苦水倒掉

5、將其餘材料陸續加入

6、拌勻

7、入玻璃盒室溫發酵二天後冰存,即可食用!
